Inquiry
⮟		 After receiving your inquiry we will conduct a remote check to determine how we can support you. Based on urgency and failure type, we will complete a remote diagnosis or send a service technician. Ability to remotely diagnose issues and send engineers within the same day (inquiries received before 12:00 p.m.).
On-site inspection and demounting
⮟		 Our service engineer will do an on-site check. Based on your requirement this can be preventive diagnosis, vibration testing, demounting or visual inspection. Our service engineers repair different machine tools on a daily basis, are factory trained and possess mechanical and electrical skills.
Disassembly and analysis
⮟		 Our spindle repair technicians will carefully disassemble the spindle into its component parts and perform thorough inspection to identify the cause of failure. Our disassembly is meticulously performed to provide complete and accurate evaluations so that corrective actions can be recommended.
Repair and assembly
⮟		 All spindle parts are carefully cleaned and any grinding or machining operations are completed. Once all components are available, the spindle is taken to our assembly technicians. We only use certified and industry accepted repair equipment.
Calibration and testing
⮟		 Depending on the mode of failure and type of spindle, our highly-trained specialists perform an array of tests, ranging from dynamic balancing to thermal vibration analysis. Our stringent quality control and testing procedures are designed to methodically evaluate each repair job and ensure our customers of a rigorous break-in process.
Mounting and final check Speed, vibration, temperature and critical runouts are examples of the key operating parameters we monitor and verify to ensure spindle performance matches the original specifications. We provide on-site mounting and test run services to leave our customers with confidence that their spindles are fully ready to use.
